tips 1. pemakananan , avoid/reduce junk food, sugary&carbonated drinks esp Coke & coffee. Pls start giving natural honey everyday or jus tok guru. 2. Enrol them in swimming, karate basically, gymnastics- a regular outlet to let them utilize energy in a controlled environment 3. read to the kids every nite, even if its just 10 min everyday b4 going to bed. And tell then what your hopes are for them. Mothers never give up on yr child, always believe in them Insyallah .
